They're using their voice on a mobile phone or their personal devices like Alexa or Siri, which gets us into Voice Search. Are you listed on these platforms? Search giants like Google and Bing use authority websites to verify your information - like website, phone number, social links, etc. - so your information needs to be up to date there too. Google and Bing are both utilizing AI in their searches to answer questions consumers ask. That means that even the businesses that typically show up in Google searches are losing up to 60% of the traffic to their websites now. That's huge! (So, is Search Engine Optimization dead?
